A personal welcome for luxury automotive retail

A personal welcome.
From the moment they arrive.

Noscea helps luxury car dealerships prepare a personal welcome. It recognises known vehicles by their number plates and notifies the customer’s assigned adviser of their arrival.

Noscea helps your team remember earlier conversations and individual preferences, making each return visit feel personal.

How an arrival becomes a welcome

From number plate recognition to a personal welcome.

  1. 01 · Recognise the vehicle

    A known vehicle arrives.

Noscea matches the number plate against your dealership’s approved customer records.

  2. 02 · Notify the team

Your team is notified of the vehicle’s arrival.

The assigned adviser receives a notification on their phone. Reception and the wider team see the arrival in their list. No notification is sent if the recognition confidence falls below the configured threshold.

  3. 03 · Welcome the customer

    Your people make it personal.

Recognising the vehicle does not identify the person inside. Your team confirms who has arrived and welcomes them accordingly.

Inside the app

Pick up where the conversation left off.

Your adviser can see what was discussed during the last visit, directly in the customer profile. After the conversation, they add a note to help the team prepare for the next one.

Product views show the German interface with fictional data. The arrival notification is illustrative; the profile and saved note are taken from the browser demo.

The idea behind Noscea
Yannik Petzi, founder of Noscea
Yannik Petzi Founder and your personal contact

A personal welcome begins with a name.

I know luxury automotive retail from the inside. To me, personal service means remembering the last conversation, even when a customer arrives without an appointment.

That is why I developed Noscea. It lets your team know when a familiar vehicle arrives and helps them pick up on previous conversations. The welcome, and the relationship behind it, remain with your people.

About the film and product views

The film illustrates the arrival and welcome. Image 01 is an illustration of an arrival notification. Images 02 and 03 show the German app interface in a browser demo. Norbert Olden, S NO 534 and the conversation details are fictional. The note-saving function was demonstrated locally. Initial use with customers will be evaluated during the pilot.

Before the system goes live, we test data imports, camera settings and notification delivery at your dealership. The necessary legal approvals must be in place before activation.

The pilot

Four months to see how it works for you.

Evaluate Noscea in the day-to-day running of your dealership over four months. Before you begin, we agree on what the pilot will cover and how success will be assessed.

01 · Data readiness

Are your vehicle records ready?

A sample CSV or Excel export lets us check that number plates are linked to the right customers and that the date of last contact is available. Together, we agree who maintains the data and how updates are provided. Automatic CRM synchronisation is not currently available.

02 · Arrival

Does the right information reach your team?

We arrange test arrivals at your dealership to check that the assigned adviser receives a notification on their phone and that reception and the team can see the arrival in their list.

03 · Everyday use

Does the profile support a better conversation?

Your team tells us whether the profile helps them welcome and advise customers. Where available, profile-view data provides additional context for the evaluation.

Your quotation

The pilot is a paid service. The monthly fee depends on the size of your customer database. You receive a binding quotation for the pilot and the subsequent contract term before you begin.

Setup

We may cover setup costs for our first pilot dealerships. We confirm whether this applies to your dealership before you place an order. The monthly service fee still applies.

Contract term

A four-month pilot. You can end the contract at the end of the pilot.

If you continue, the initial contract term is twelve months from acceptance. This includes the four pilot months.

We can send you a quotation and further details, or talk them through in a short call. We respond personally, usually within one working day.

Scope of service, evaluation and contract terms

What is included

Arrival notifications and customer profiles for the agreed user roles, system operation and maintenance, and support during introduction. Your quotation specifies the data import, hardware and support included for your dealership.

Evaluation takes place at dealership level. We do not analyse performance metrics for individual advisers. These figures show how Noscea is used; they do not establish whether it has generated additional sales. At the end of the pilot, you decide whether to continue against the criteria agreed at the outset.

The agreed scope includes operation, maintenance, remote maintenance, further development, hosting in Germany and the data protection package. From the fourth dealership onwards, setup is agreed at cost. Before you place an order, we confirm whether setup at no charge is still available for your dealership.

If you terminate at the end of the pilot, setup costs that we covered will not be charged retrospectively; removal takes place without additional removal charges. For paid setup, any retained amount and refund are agreed before the contract is concluded.

After the initial term, the contract renews for twelve months at a time. The camera remains the provider's property during the pilot and transfers to your dealership at no additional cost when regular operation begins.

Your quotation sets out the scope, price and terms for your dealership.

Our offers are exclusively for businesses. Prices exclude VAT.

Your questions, answered

Frequently asked questions

Is Noscea right for our dealership?

Noscea is suited to dealerships with regular service visits or customers dropping in, well-maintained number plate records, and several people working across reception and customer service.

What happens in the first conversation?

We discuss how you welcome customers and whether Noscea is a good fit for your dealership. We explain how the pilot works and what you need to get started. There is no need to send us customer data for this conversation.

What data do we need? Will Noscea work with our CRM?

We need a number plate linked to a vehicle and customer, along with the date of the last contact from your customer system. Only customers whose last documented contact was no more than 36 months ago are included. Without a contact date, the customer is not recognised. The assigned adviser and conversation notes complete the profile.

To get started, we import suitable data from a CSV or Excel export. Automatic synchronisation with your CRM is not currently available. Before the start, we check the format, record links and update schedule.

Who keeps customer and vehicle records up to date?

Your existing system remains the source for customer and vehicle data. Your designated contact updates number plates, vehicle changes and record links there, and provides updates at the agreed intervals. Outdated links must be specifically checked and corrected. Advisers can record new conversation notes directly in Noscea.

We use the sample export to assess what maintaining the data will involve for your team. Changes made between imports are not automatically reflected in Noscea.

What does the pilot cost, and how long does it run?

The four-month pilot is a paid service. The monthly fee depends on the size of your customer database. We may cover setup costs for our first pilot dealerships. We confirm whether this applies to your dealership before you place an order.

You can end the contract at the end of the pilot. If you continue, the initial term is twelve months from acceptance, including the four pilot months. Your binding quotation sets out the prices and terms. View the pilot offer.

What about data protection and approvals?

Before Noscea goes live, we clarify the requirements for your dealership, user roles and customer information. This website does not replace that assessment. Live operation will only begin once the data protection supervisory authority has responded and the necessary requirements have been addressed. Noscea uses number plate recognition. Facial recognition is not part of the product.

Customers are informed before their vehicles are included in recognition and can object at any time, including in person at reception. The dealership’s designated contact or their deputy blocks further recognition immediately, before another recognition can occur, and confirms this to the customer. Vehicles are not recognised unless prior customer notification has been documented.

More about day-to-day operation
What if the number plate is unclear, or someone else is driving?

No customer notification is generated unless the number plate matches an approved customer record. If the same number plate is assigned to more than one eligible vehicle at the dealership, no customer notification is generated. If recognition confidence falls below the configured threshold, no arrival notification is sent.

A recognised number plate does not identify the driver. Your team checks who has arrived and greets them in person. Facial recognition is not part of the product.

Who receives the arrival notification?

The assigned adviser receives a notification on their phone. Reception and the wider team see the arrival in their list. The customer profile is available to the assigned adviser, management and administration. Reception and the wider team see the customer’s name and assigned adviser; reception also sees vehicle details, parking space and appointment information to prepare the welcome. Noscea alerts your people. They provide the personal greeting.

How do you help us get started?
  1. Preparation: Yannik Petzi works with your designated contact to review the vehicle entrance, sample data export, user roles and requirements for launch.
  2. Setup and training: we configure the camera, data import and user access for your dealership. Your team learns how to work with arrivals, customer profiles and feedback.
  3. Testing together: before activation, we test arrivals, notification delivery and access permissions at your dealership.

For questions and fault reports, contact Yannik Petzi at info@noscea.de . Please tell him the site, time and function affected, without sending customer data initially. He will work with you to resolve the issue. If a notification is missing or unclear, your reception team continues with its usual process.

Support hours, response times and cover arrangements are agreed in writing before you place an order. Round-the-clock support is not included in this commitment.
